BTXL is in the same league as FNC.R, and they actually barely lost the playoffs. GO are part of the French tournament with LDLC, having finished third place, barely behind LDLC and Misfits Premier. Given LDLC’s performance, it’s hard to imagine a team on par with FNC.R losing to GO, but seeing as we still have teams coming from multiple tournaments, things could get dicey.

The Deadly and kaSing duo looks to be pretty powerful, so keep an eye on them. If BTXL do perform, that bot lane could net you quite a bit of points. Send0o and Special have had their moments as well, although not as consistently, while Taxer could be another assist machine, which isn’t always the worst thing when looking for a jungler. GO’s roster had similar performances out of their jungle and bot, with mid lane looking a bit sketchy, so be wary of toucouille. This looks to be a bit of a mirrored matchup with picks, so pick which team you favor and go for it. BTXL might save you a bit of salary, and the betting odds aren’t exactly reflective of how the series may go, so they aren’t the worst option.

Here we have one of the weaker teams in the PLPD (mouz and S40E) against one of Italy’s best, YDN. This sounds great for YDN, but given their tournament isn’t quite on the same level, they might find themselves a bit in over their heads here. Given the player stats aren’t outrageously different, that could be a bad sign for YDN.

Gabbo has had some consistently good matches in his tournament, so it will be interesting to see how that translates. Phones is likely one of the stronger top laners he will have to fight, however, so that could be an issue. Despite that, if YDN do pull through, Gabbo could score big alongside Phantomles and Endz. It’s actually a fairly similar story for GL, with Phones, Nite, and Hjarnan likely to do well. Hjarnan is also a former LEC player (although it’s been a little while, and seeing how Gilius performed, that’s not always great.) Still, given the fact that GL have had the tougher competition, this could easily go their way.

VDN Top Picks: Gabbo, Phantomles, Endz GL Top Picks: Phones, Nite, Hjarnan, Visdom

We should clear up some confusion. Gilius had formerly been on S04, which is the team that played in the LEC. He was moved to S04E, the academy team, so we mixed up the two teams and discussed the players on S04, so a lot of the players listed weren’t part of the slate. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we will work to ensure this kind of mixup does not happen again, no matter the slate.

For this matchup, both teams lost to their opponents in our next matchup this slate, but S04E were pretty close on the scoreboard. SNG, meanwhile, were completely annihilated by K1CK, so things are looking a lot worse for them. That would explain the betting odds. They might be able to turn things around against new opponents, but considering how they played against K1CK, it’s unlikely.

Sertuss and Neon didn’t have the worst performances. Their fantasy scores we’re garbage to be sure, but against SNG, they are likely to have more room to breathe. Gilius didn’t accomplish much on the Lee Sin, so we’re not expecting much from him, but honestly, literally anyone would look good against SNG. They ended their game 9 – 36 in kills, and Kroghsen had the fewest deaths at 4. This might make him an ok pick if you think SNG are going to win, but honestly, we’re having V5 flashbacks right about now.

Considering K1CK’s absolute domination against SNG, it’s hard to imagine them losing to MRS at this point. However, after watching SNG play, K1CK were simply reacting to the really bad plays that game. They won’t have as much time to react against MRS, so this could be an incredibly different story.

Oddly enough, Beansu had the best score in their last game, but this isn’t the norm. Their past matches show great performances in the jungle, mid, and adc, but perhaps the game against S04E was an indicator of things to come. K1CK might make for a tougher opponent, but it’s also doubtful Elyoya, Xico, and Javaaa will fall apart as easily as the SNG roster. These players definitely have potential, but always remember how unpredictable these games are in particular.

After watching WIZ as a whole struggle against mouz, FNC.R looks really good here. They were against eSuba, a team they defeated fairly easily. WIZ had one decent performance (Lukezy) but the rest of the team seemed sketchy.

Vzz74.3%7.869.79
whiteinn74.9%4.791.05

As mentioned above, Lukezy had a pretty good game on Cassioepia. Mouz had some horrible coordination at some points, giving him the space he needed, but it wasn’t enough given the team as a whole couldn’t get it together. Vzz and whiteinn were particularly useless throughout the game, so xMatty and Bravado are very enticing picks here. On the other hand, Pride and Dan had some of the best scores against ESB, so most of FNC.R’s roster looks good here. WIZ might not have been at their best against mouz, but FNC.R seem very dominant regardless.

ESB got dominated pretty hard by FNC.R, but the betting odds here are still a bit surprising. Mouz had a good run especially on LIDER and Jeskla, despite Lukezy’s success, but their victory wasn’t as crazy as some of the other games in this slate. The betting odds are likely factoring in the status of both teams, and we can definitely imagine another mouz victory. Still, watching ESB play was rough. At one point, they were giving up objectives due to lack of vision, and the bot side ward coverage was just horrible. It’s like they kept prioritizing the wrong parts of the map, and FNC.R took advantage easily. So maybe these betting odds aren’t as far-fetched as some might believe.

Rufus72%4.021.68

Given the matchup, we’re likely to see more success on the part of LIDER and Jeskla, with promisq racking up the assists. ESB is sure to try and keep their bot lane in the game, but it seems rather difficult against FNC.R. If ESB do perform, Jejky and Random could lead the way. Dany and Rufus aren’t as solid; Rufus in particular got caught out quite a bit and didn’t play very well, so a bot lane domination could be in the cards here.
Mouz Top Picks: LIDER, Jeskla, promisq ESB Top Picks: Jejky, Random
