Fortunately we’re once again back to 4 game slates. These games are always more entertaining to choose from, especially since the LCK has been fairly action packed at times throughout the slate. This slate is no exception and we should expect some fun series, although they may not all be close.

T1(-143) V DWG(+110) (4 AM EST)
|Avg. Game Length||32:14||26:35|
It’s going to be interesting to see how DWG can hold up in the face of T1. They’ve been excellent so far, even performing alright against GEN. It’s possible we’ll see another 2-1 in favor of T1, but you can’t really rule out DWG. T1’s scores against weaker teams have been very strong, but there’s no guarantee of that against DWG. Bear in mind you probably shouldn’t stack this series; the last time we saw T1 face off against a strong LCK team, it was honestly a bit pathetic. This is sure to be a close series, which may not bode well for DFS purposes.
T1 Top Picks:
This is a very even matchup, which explains why both teams’ players are priced so evenly. It is easy to stack either side of this matchup, but that may not be the best idea on this slate. These are both great teams so they should rely on macro to win rather than team fighting, so the scores here may not be as high as the other games. Still, there is merit to stacking either of these teams, but it is basically a coin flip to pick the winner here.
DMO(+667) V iG(-1429) (5 AM EST)
|Avg. Game Length||31:12||32:08|
Don’t be fooled by DMO’s upset win against EDG, they are still heavily outclassed by IG here. EDG was playing without their best player, so it wasn’t all that surprising that DMO did well against them, but a 2-0 sweep was still a shock. IG is playing with Southwind, but that shouldn’t be too important here as the rest of their players can still carry the load. Invictus Gaming is the biggest favorite of the slate and should be very highly owned, so fade them at your own risk.
DMO Top Picks
While everyone on IG should be playable in this matchup, TheShy hasn’t shown too much potential recently, while Reheal is new to this team so we really don’t know what to expect from him yet. RooKie is one of the best players in the world right now, and he, Ning, and Puff should be able to feast on this lowly DMO lineup. On the other side, xubin had to hard-carry against EDG to take the series, and he will need to do the same once again if they don’t want to get swept here. He has a much tougher matchup this time though, so don’t expect a repeat performance. Targeting TheShy has worked in the past, so Chelizi could get some free kills here. Still, no one on this DMO team is promising in this series and should only be reserved to risky GPP lineups.
SN(+157) V LGD(-208) (7 AM EST)
|Avg. Game Length||32:24||31:55|
Our other LPL matchup should be the opposite of the first, with both teams having a decent chance to come away with a victory here. Neither of these teams has been all that impressive thus far, but LGD has performed better against good teams than Suning has, so they have a slight edge in this matchup. Both teams are viable though, and there should be a good amount of kills here, so getting shares of either team could work out tonight.
SN Top Picks:
Much like our other close series in T1 V DWG, there are a lot of viable plays from this matchup. SN should have the slight mid and top advantage, while LGD has the better bottom duo. The junglers should be the most important here, as both players have been important for their team this split, but Peanut has looked better recently and could be the x-factor for LGD. If SofM can find a way to shut him down though, SN could be able to come out with a win.
GEN(-1000) V SB(+541) (7 AM EST)
|Avg. Game Length||31:55||30:19|
Do you see a pattern here? Every other game looks like a blowout tonight, with GenG ending the night against a lowly Sandbox Gaming team. Much like IG, GEN should have no problems here and should be very highly owned, so straying away from them could be risky. GenG usually isn’t known for getting a ton of kills, but they have been fighting more recently, so they should be able to rack up a lot of points tonight assuming they keep playing aggressive.
GEN Top Picks:
An SB victory is just so unlikely, it’s difficult to justify adding anyone on their roster. Meanwhile, GEN has very intriguing options, but are a bit pricey considering the risk of a quick blowout without a ton of kills. Still, GEN may be the safest team of the day, so it would probably be a good idea to get some shares of them as a safety net and filling out the rest of your lineup elsewhere.
